Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package with Care
Place the eyewear in its original protective case and box to ensure the delicate frames are not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our specialists inspect the vintage quality of your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
